24th March 2025 to 25th May 2025 – Distribution of Founder and Pathfinders mining software, launching the first pool.

25th May 2025 – the first public tranche, the Gaju Pioneers, targeting 1,000 participants, purchased directly on the Gaju Mining website.

1st October 2025 – End of Phase 1, Gajumaru Main Net. Documentation for use and source code published, open access to all. Transition to phase 2, data rich digital assets (real world assets completely on-chain) and data analytics with privacy at scale – your assets, your data, now yours.

21st December 2026 – End of whitelist mining, the Gajumaru will be completely public and open to all for mining. We are aiming to have 10,000,000 or more working with us in hundreds or thousands of pools.

Post whitelist mining, we expect 80 – 95% of the pools to self organise or join alternative mangers as we will deliberately seek to broaden the competitive environment of mining pool operations and create interest for new entrants. This ensures strong, long-term network competition.
