Instructions

1. Open your wallet - you need a wallet in order to sign a message
2. Select an account - you can have multiple accounts in your wallet, select the one you want to log in with
3. Paste the code above in the GRIDS URL menu - click on the GRIDS URL button in the wallet, a pop up will appear - paste the code in it
4. Authenticate the message - a new pop up will appear with the message signing details. Clicking OK at the bottom will result in signing the message with your private key.

Description

How GRIDS works: we are NOT using passwords at all. Instead users authenticate into the system by signing an unique message. This proves that you are in possession of the private key that corresponds to your account.

The message is unique for you and it is time sensitive - it expires in a few minutes. This does not involve any transacions on-chain.
